Visibility Plan – Terms of Service
By purchasing the Visibility Plan, you agree to the terms outlined below. These are designed to clarify how the service works and ensure a positive experience for both of us.
1. What’s Included
The Visibility Plan includes:
- One 60-minute recorded session via Zoom
- A short discovery form (completed in advance of the session) where you can share your focus areas and choose your preferred format for the written plan
- One personalised plan delivered via Google Docs or Notion, including recommendations such as visibility strategy, PR opportunities, expert positioning, and places to pitch
- Email support for 2 weeks following delivery of the plan for questions, clarification, and light feedback
If you’d prefer the plan in a different format (e.g. PDF, Word, or other tool), this can be requested and will be accommodated at the Consultant’s discretion.
2. Booking & Payment
The service must be paid for in full at the time of booking via the checkout page.
Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with instructions to schedule your session and complete the discovery form. This ensures your plan is tailored to your goals and preferences.
3. Scheduling & Rescheduling
Sessions must be scheduled within 2 months of purchase.
You may reschedule your session with at least 48 hours’ notice. Short-notice rescheduling will be considered at the Consultant’s discretion and subject to availability. Repeated rescheduling may result in the session being forfeited.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
You may request a cancellation and refund within 7 days of booking, provided the session has not yet taken place. In this case, a refund will be issued minus any processing or transaction fees incurred (e.g. Stripe fees).
In the case of serious and unforeseen circumstances, refund or cancellation requests made after the 7-day period (and before the session takes place) will be considered at the Consultant’s discretion.
Once the session has been delivered, the service is non-refundable.
5. Use of Materials
The written plan and recommendations provided are created specifically for your business. You are granted a non-exclusive licence to use these materials within your own business, including after the project ends.
All intellectual property rights to the frameworks, ideas, phrasing, and strategic input included in the plan remain with the Consultant. These materials may not be shared, copied, taught, published, repurposed, sold, or distributed to others as public or commercial resources without permission.
6. Data & Privacy
The Consultant complies with Europe’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information, please refer to the privacy policy available at bridiehinson.co.uk/privacy-policy.
